about me
Ellie clements, bsc sst sports therapist
Hi!
My name is Ellie, the proud owner of EC Sports Therapy. Having graduated from University earlier this year, I use the latest research to help me understand more about my clients' injuries, and how to treat them.
If you're injured, or have been diagnosed with a chronic condition, such as osteoarthritis, Sports Therapy can help!
With a variety of different treatment methods to choose from, EC Sports Therapy can help you manage your symptoms and relieve pain!
sports massage
Sports Massage can be used for both rehabilitation and relaxation. It involves deep tissue mobilisations across the area of concern, which relieves tension and increases range of movement.
For athletes, sports massage is a great choice for those looking to enhance their performance. Many athletes have regular massages, as it also decreases the chance of developing Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS) after exercise.

Injury rehabilitation is a process designed to help individuals recover from injuries, regain function, and restore mobility. The primary goal of rehabilitation is to improve the affected person's physical, psychological, and social well-being after an injury.
This process involves a combination of therapeutic exercises, medical interventions, and other strategies to promote healing and enhance the individual's overall quality of life.
